01.Tier 1
~ Two 50-minute clinical sessions per week ~ Four 15-minute telehealth check-ins per month (scheduled on-demand via text) ~ Unlimited priority text support (Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) ~ Complimentary access to our monthly Milestone & Remembrance Circle ~ Messages received between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM are answered within 3 hours ~ Messages received after 5:00 PM will be returned by 10:00 AM the following business morning
02.Tier 2

Annual membership provides continuous, flexible access to join whenever a meaningful milestone approaches.
